With our Limited Lifetime Warranty, we specifically cover manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. We believe in transparency, and it's important to note that the warranty doesn't extend to normal wear and tear, damage resulting from abuse or negligence, user modifications, or fading of graphics due to prolonged use.

It is our sincere commitment to use our best judgment when assessing paddle failures to determine if they are a result of our workmanship or obvious abuse. We value your trust and will always strive to ensure fairness in our decision-making process.

Firefly holds the sole discretion to determine if a damaged paddle is eligible for coverage under the lifetime warranty. If deemed eligible, we will carefully consider whether to replace or repair the paddle. To be eligible for this warranty, it is necessary to register your paddle with Firefly. Please note that the warranty is non-transferable after registration and is applicable only to the original owner. Additionally, replacement paddles are not covered under the lifetime warranty.
